We are proud to announce a new partnership with SpaceShared, a pioneering online homesharing platform that helps students find safe and affordable housing by matching them with hosts. The company was launched in 2023 as a response to the Canadian housing crisis with a solution that prioritizes connection, comfort, and community. 

“We’re delighted to work with SpacesShared and value their commitment to safety and security,” said Damien Holland, Campus Director.

As a standard practice, SpacesShared verifies the identity of each host, the home address, conducts a background check, and confirms that the host lives in the home. The platform is entirely self-contained, allowing students to complete their application, finalize their agreement and pay rent all in one place.
